Constant viscosity (CV) and low viscosity (LV) NR storage does not rise in viscosity, usually does not require mastication, and now the algorithm is universal. Tire glue is a special glue that consists of latex, unsmoked tobacco, rubber garden glue, 30% each, and 10% oil. Deproteinized NR is an extremely low protein NR for medical use. Purified NR is a non-rubber-burning component with exceptionally low NR and is suitable for medical and electrical insulation applications. Glue-coated NR non-rubber hydrocarbons are particularly numerous, easy to age, fast vulcanization, and low in quality. Easy to handle NR, made of partially vulcanized latex, suitable for calendering and extrusion. The loose NR can flow freely, is easy to process, has a low cost, and is easy to agglomerate when stored for a long time. Suitable for applications where the temperature is critical. Depolymerized NR is a viscous liquid used for caulking, sealing materials and adhesives. Chlorinated and hydrochlorinated gums are mainly used for bonding. Thermoplastic NR and epoxidized NR are newly developed products in recent years.
Ingredients and their effects
When the NR is used to make NR, part of the non-rubber hydrocarbon component remains in the solid NR. In the general solid natural rubber, non-rubber hydrocarbons account for 5% to 8%, and rubber hydrocarbons account for 92% to 95%. Fresh latex contains two proteins, a protein and rubber protein. The protein is easy to absorb moisture, mold, reduce electrical insulation, increase heat generation, make some people who are exposed to it allergic; protein decomposition products promote vulcanization, delayed aging; granular protein has an enhanced effect. Acetone extract refers to the part of non-rubber hydrocarbon component of NR that is soluble in acetone, mainly composed of lipids and its decomposition products. The lipids in fresh latex are mainly composed of fats, waxes, sterols, sterol esters and phospholipids. After the latex is added with ammonia, some components in the lipid are decomposed to produce fatty acids such as stearic acid and oleic acid. Therefore, in addition to the non-rubber hydrocarbons contained in the latex, NR non-rubber hydrocarbons also have fatty acids. Some acetone extracts disperse during mixing, promote the vulcanization, and act as an anti-aging agent when used. Here, it is particularly noted that the phospholipid is insoluble in acetone, so it does not belong to the acetone extract, and its decomposition product has choline which promotes vulcanization. There are mainly calcium phosphate and magnesium phosphate in the ash, and a small amount of metal compounds such as iron, copper and manganese which promote the aging of the rubber, and the content thereof is limited. For example, the US standard glue stipulates that the copper content is less than 0.00082% and the manganese content is less than 0.0010%.
